On 2-6 March 2020, Larnaca, Cyprus will be organized the Kick off Meeting for the project Aerosol, Couds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure Implementation Project: ACTRIS IMP. INOE is partner and coordinate an work package.
On 3rd and 4th March, 2020 at the location of the Romanian Atmospheric Observatory - INOE (Magurele, Romania) will be organized the second progress meeting for the project FRM4RADAR: 94 GHz miniature network for EarthCARE reference measurements financed by the European Space Agency.
1. INOE is involved in the calibration and validation of the satellite missions. In the summer of 2019 several campaigns are foreseen to be executed. On July 2019 a green-house gases measurement campaign will be performed in Poland, with measurement locations in Warsaw, Poznan and Rzecin. This...

RADO is a new research infrastructure, now part of the pan-European infrastructure ACTRIS - Aerosols, Clouds, and Trace gases Research InfraStructure network. The 1st European Lidar Conference ELC2018 will l be organized in Thessaloniki, Greece, between 3-5 July 2018. ELC is a new initiative of European lidar scientists and aims to establish a new concept for a conference, giving emphasis on triggering extended and lively discussions among the participants, encourage them to ask questions and get answers from leading experts.

The 1st Summer school of the EU-funded network “ITaRS - Initial Training for atmospheric Remote Sensing” emphasises on aerosols by providing fundamentals of atmospheric optics and observation. At RADO site, participants can get hands-on experience for a variety of instruments. Apart from the ITaRS fellows the school is open for 15 PhD students and young post-docs in the field of Atmospheric Sciences. The participation fee is €600, incl. scientific and social activities, material, lunch and coffee.
