Our team is composed of 20 researchers, 1 economist, 4 students (MS and PhD) and collaborators.  With a mean age of 38 and 45% women, the team is one of the most dynamic research group in Romania, involved in atmospheric physics. Apart from scientific work, we have strong links with academia, focusing not only on collaborative research projects, but also on specific training programmes for students (MSc. and PhD): master and doctoral practice inside our own laboratories, hands-on training during summer schools and field campaigns, participation to workshops and international projects of young scientists from University of Bucharest, "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi, "Babes-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca, "Politehnica" University of Bucharest.
