The Kick-off Meeting of the NATALI project is scheduled for 1st of April 2014, starting 09:00.

NATALI is an ESA funded project, under the Romanian industry incentive scheme. The general goal of this call is to intensify the participation of the Romanian scientific community to the "ESA contributing missions". NATALI stands for "Neural network Aerosol Typing Algorithm based on LIdar data". Its objective is to develop a new tool for aerosol typing based on optical (active) remote sensing data and neural networks.

The KoM will be organized at our location, with the participation of Dr. Bojan R. Bojkov, Head of the Sensor Performance, Products and Algorithms Dept., Earth Observation Mission Management Division, Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes, ESA/ESRIN.
