Between November 4-7, 2025, INOE 2000 and ACTRIS were represented at Smart Diaspora 2025, held in Cluj-Napoca. The event brought together Romanian researchers from home and abroad to strengthen scientific collaboration and promote Romanian innovation worldwide. Organized by the Ministry of Education and Research and UEFISCDI, in partnership with leading universities and the Romanian Academy, this 6th edition of the Romanian Scientific Diaspora Conference continued to foster dialogue, cooperation, and the exchange of expertise across disciplines.
